Never Fail Dumplings

Passed down through generations, these dumplings are always a hit, perfect for soups, stews, or casseroles!

Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients—flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and milk. Stir well until smooth.
    2. Knead the dough: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
