Never Fail Dumplings
Passed down through generations, these dumplings are always a hit, perfect for soups, stews, or casseroles!
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- Instructions:
- Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients—flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and milk. Stir well until smooth.
- Knead the dough: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
