Chocolate cake (23 cm)
Ingredients:
7 eggs
175 g flour
35 g cocoa
210 g sugar
Preparation
Grease a 23 cm mould and preheat the oven to 170°C .
Beat 7 eggs with 210 g of sugar until well aerated.
Sift 175 g of flour and 35 g of cocoa .
Add the dry ingredients with circular movements so as not to lose volume.
Bake for 40-45 minutes .
Allow to cool and unmold .
