Perfect Chocolate Cake Measurements

Chocolate cake (25 cm)

Ingredients:

8 eggs
200 g of flour
40 g of cocoa
240 g of sugar
Preparation
Grease a 25 cm mold and preheat the oven to 170°C .
Beat 8 eggs with 240 g of sugar until the mixture triples its volume.
Sift 200 g of flour and 40 g of cocoa into another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients with circular movements .
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, unmold and let rest before decorating.
