Chocolate cake (20 cm)

Ingredients:

6 eggs
150 g flour
30 g cocoa
180 g sugar
Preparation
Prepare a 20 cm mould and preheat the oven to 170°C .
Beat 6 eggs with 180 g sugar until fluffy.
Sift 150 g flour and 30 g cocoa into another bowl.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool and remove from the mould.
