Chocolate cake (18 cm)
Ingredients:
5 eggs
125 g flour
25 g cocoa
150 g sugar
Preparation
Prepare the 18 cm tin and preheat the oven to 170°C .
Beat 5 eggs with 150 g sugar until they triple in volume.
Sift 125 g flour and 25 g cocoa into another bowl.
Stir in the dry ingredients to avoid losing air.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes .
Cool and unmold after 10 minutes.
