These rich and indulgent peanut butter balls are dipped in smooth chocolate for a delicious, no-bake treat that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Mixture:
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
2 ½ to 3 cups powdered sugar (adjust to achieve the right consistency)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Coating:
1 pound chocolate candy wafers (milk, dark, or white chocolate)
Directions
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, 2 ½ cups powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
If the mixture is too sticky, gradually add more powdered sugar until it holds its shape.
Shape the Balls
Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate candy wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
