1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Coating:
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg to create the wet mixture.
3. Coat the Chicken:
- Dip each chicken piece into the milk-egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating.
4. Melt the Butter:
- Place the butter in a large baking dish and let it melt in the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove the dish once the butter has melted and is bubbly.
5. Bake the Chicken:
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the baking dish, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken, spoon some melted butter over the top, and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
6. Serve and Enjoy:
