Superfood Collagen Powder Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dried Indian Gooseberry (Amla) Powder
  • 1 tbsp Beetroot Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
  • 1 tbsp Moringa Powder

Instructions

Roasting

  • Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds in a pan on low heat for about 5–7 minutes until they release a nutty aroma.
  • Let them cool completely.

Collagen Powder

  • In a dry blender or food processor, grind the roasted ingredients into a fine powder.
  • Add the dried amla powder, rose petals powder, beetroot powder and moringa powder to the blender. Pulse again to mix everything evenly.

Storage

  • Transfer the powder to an airtight glass jar.
  • Store in a cool and dry place for up to 2 – 3 months.

How to Use

  • Morning Drink: Mix 1 tablespoon of the collagen powder with 1 teaspoon of organic honey in a cup of warm water. Stir well until fully dissolved and drink on an empty stomach.
  • Add 1–2 tablespoons to warm milk, smoothies, or yogurt.
