3-Day Soup Cleanse with Cold-Fighting Soups

These three detox soups will assist your body in cleansing itself from toxins and fighting off colds and flu:

  1. Broccoli soup

You will need:

2/5 cup of broccoli

3 stalks of celery

An onion

A cup of spinach or kale

2 carrots

2 cups of veggie broth

½ tsp of sea salt

Juice from ½ a lemon

2 tbsp of coconut oil

2 tbsp of collagen, optional

How to make it: In a pot, heat up the coconut oil. Then,add the chopped celery, onion, and broccoli. Stir and cook for 5 minutes before adding the broth. Simmer the content for 5 minutes or until the ingredients blend and the texture is thick and smooth. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
