Korean Rolled Eggs
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk (optional)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped green onion (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
Prepare the eggs:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. You can add chopped green onion if you like.
Heat the pan:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, and brush it with a little oil.
