Cook the eggs:
Pour a quantity of the egg mixture into the pan, and distribute it evenly.
Leave it on the heat until it starts to cook (about 1-2 minutes) but not completely cooked.
Roll the eggs:
Using a spoon or wooden spatula, start rolling the eggs from one side to the other in a spiral.
After you get rid of the first roll, pour a new quantity of the egg mixture into the pan and repeat the process.
Repeat cooking:
Continue adding eggs and rolling until all the mixture is gone.
Serving:
Once done, remove the rolls from the pan and cut them into slices.
