Perfect Chocolate Cake Measurements

Chocolate cake (15 cm)

Ingredients:

4 eggs
100 g flour
20 g cocoa
120 g sugar
Preparation
Prepare the tin
Grease a 15 cm tin and line the base with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 170°C .
Beat the eggs and sugar
In a large bowl, beat 4 eggs with 120 g sugar until light and fluffy (8-10 minutes with an electric mixer).
Sift the dry ingredients
In another bowl, sift 100 g flour and 20 g cocoa .
Stir in the dry ingredients
Gradually add the sifted mixture to the egg mixture using circular movements.
Pour and bake
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Sick
Let it cool for 10 minutes in the tin and then transfer it to a wire rack.
