π Ingredients
For the Cake:
2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
2 Β½ teaspoons baking powder
Β½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened π§
1 ΒΎ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs π₯
1 tablespoon vanilla extract πΏ
1 cup whole milk π₯
For the Chocolate Swirl:
ΒΌ cup unsweetened cocoa powder π«
2 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare the Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan or a loaf pan.
2. Make the Cake Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2β3 minutes).
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.
3. Make the Chocolate Swirl:
In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and hot water until smooth.
