Cook the bread without the outer layer as directed on the package. Allow to cool completely before making the topping.
– In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the whipped cream and powdered sugar until they form stiff peaks.
-In a different big bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
-Mix the whipped cream with the cream cheese until it is smooth. Carefully put in one cup of pecans.
– Put the mixture on top of the cooled cake and add the remaining pecans for decoration. – Put in the fridge until it becomes solid, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
