The White Truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Can You Freeze White Truffles
The White Truffles can also be frozen. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours. Then transfer to a Ziploc bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Allow softening at room temperature before eating.

Ingredients
VANILLA WAFERS

WHITE CHOCOLATE

DRIED COCONUT
40g
Transfer the wafers to a large Ziploc (or another resealable plastic bag).

Use a rolling pin to crush the wafers until fine.

Transfer the wafer crumbs to a large mixing bowl.

Pour the melted chocolate over the wafer crumbs.

Use a spoon or spatula to mix the chocolate and crumbs together until fully combined.

Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.

Roll in dried coconut.
