White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge
Mix everything together until it’s almost smooth. Combine the pecans and extract. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread to a thickness of about 1 inch using a spatula. Pour caramel sauce on top. Blend the caramel sauce into the fudge by delicately swirling it with a spatula or knife.
Chill in the fridge until set. Before serving, cut into 1-inch squares. Have fun!
Notes You can’t get the right texture, taste, and consistency in this recipe by using evaporated milk, heavy cream, or half and half; you need sweetened condensed milk. In this recipe, I used caramel sauce that I created from home. The use of store-bought caramel sauce is, nevertheless, just as delicious in this fudge. White chocolate isn’t the only option; semi-sweet or dark chocolate can do the trick (and taste great) in this fudge.
