How to Make Melon Seed Tea

Harnessing the benefits of melon seeds is easy with this simple recipe for melon seed tea. This tea can be used both as a drink and a topical wash.

Ingredients:

  • Seeds from ripe melons
  • 400 milliliters of water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Seeds:
    • Collect seeds from ripe melons, following expert tips on choosing the perfect watermelon.

  2. Grind the Seeds:
