How to Make Tortilla Omelette

Step 1
Brush a non-stick pan generously with melted butter and place one flatbread on top.

Step 2
Crack the eggs over the flatbread, then whisk with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and add chopped parsley and cheese.

Step 3
Mix everything with a fork and place the second flatbread carefully over the eggs and cheese. Cover with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes on medium-low heat.

Step 4
Using a spatula, carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes, until golden and fully cooked. Slide your crispy, cheesy, fluffy tortilla omelette onto a plate, slice, and enjoy immediately while warm.
