This recipe for baked eggs with spinach and cheese is a good option for a nutritious breakfast or a light dinner. It’s easy to get ready and only takes a few minutes in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 units
  • Spinach – 70 g (2.5 oz)
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 8 units
  • Mozzarella Balls – 8 units
  • Emmental or Mozzarella Cheese – 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Cooking oil – enough to spray the bottom of the fryer

Preparation

Prepare the air fryer:

  • Put baking paper on the bottom of the air fryer and lightly spray with oil to prevent ingredients from sticking.

Add the ingredients:

  • Break the eggs directly onto the baking paper.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Put the spinach, distributing it evenly.
  • Put the halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the mozzarella balls and the grated Emmental or mozzarella cheese to the combination.
