Ingredients:
- 2 green peppers
- 1 cup coconut oil or olive oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Green Peppers: Wash and chop the green peppers into small pieces.
- Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat the coconut or olive oil over medium heat.
- Add Green Peppers: Add the chopped green peppers to the oil and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. The oil will absorb the nutrients from the peppers.
- Cool and Strain: Allow the oil to cool, then strain out the pepper pieces. Store the infused oil in a clean bottle.
- Apply to Scalp: Massage the green pepper oil into your scalp for about 10-15 minutes. Leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight for best results, before washing it out with a mild shampoo.
