Prepare the walnuts:
Chop 200 g walnuts into small pieces.
Prepare the cream mixture: In a bowl, mix 350 g of sour cream with 10 g of vanilla sugar.
Mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Mix the ingredients:
Dissolve the swollen gelatine until it becomes liquid. Be careful not to overheat them.
Quickly incorporate the dissolved gelatine into the sour cream, stirring constantly.
Incorporate the prunes and chopped walnuts into the mixture.
Arrange the cake:
Pour the mixture into a suitable mould or bowl.
Cover the lid with cling film.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to allow the cake to solidify.
Prepare the chocolate decoration:
Melt 30 g of milk chocolate and mix with 30 g of hot cream (33-36%) to obtain a chocolate syrup.
Garnish and serve:
Once the cake has solidified, remove it from the fridge.
Garnish with additional chopped nuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
