  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.

  • Stir in bell peppers and garlic.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and season with salt and pepper.

šŸ”¹Ā Step 5: Simmer with Sausages

  • Return sausages to the skillet.
  • Simmer forĀ 20 minutes, until sausages are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
