š¹Ā Step 1: Sear the Sausages

- Sear sausages until browned on all sides, aboutĀ 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add sliced onions.

- Stir in bell peppers and garlic.
- Cook forĀ 3 minutesĀ until fragrant and slightly tender.
š¹Ā Step 4: Build the Sauce
- Add chopped tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and season with salt and pepper.
š¹Ā Step 5: Simmer with Sausages
- Return sausages to the skillet.
- Simmer forĀ 20 minutes, until sausages are cooked through and sauce has thickened.

PlateĀ two sausages per person, spoon over the peppers, onions, and a generous ladle of sauce. Serve with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or over rice for a complete meal.
