Ingredients
BUTTER
220g
POWDERED SUGAR
100g
EGG
1
VANILLA EXTRACT
2 tsp
FLOUR
250g
Instructions
Whisk creamed butter with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Step 1
Add the egg and vanilla extract, then whisk to combine.

Step 2
Add the flour to the egg mixture, and mix to form a thick dough.

Step 3
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

Step 4
Using the piping bag, form rose-shaped butter cookies on a parchment-covered baking sheet.

Step 5
Time to make your cookies!

Bake the cookies at 180°C/350°F for 12 minutes. Leave to cool down before serving.
