A beautiful special occasion cake, this is two layers of red velvet cake with cheesecake in the middle. The whole cake is covered with cream cheese frosting.

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon red food coloring
