1. Place the cubed chicken breast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Pour the buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.
3. Add the cubed cream cheese on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the slow cooker. Stir everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
