Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves.
Pour the honey mixture over the ham, making sure to cover it evenly.
Add the water to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
Once cooked, remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

 

Serve with the remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
Variations & Tips
For a citrus twist, add the juice and zest of an orange to the glaze mixture. If you prefer a bit of heat, try adding a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also use maple syrup instead of honey for a different flavor profile. If you’re short on time, you can cook the ham on high for 3-4 hours instead of low for 6-8 hours.
