Ingredients:
For the base:
2 1/2 cups semolina
1 1/2 cups. sugar
250 ml whole milk
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Chios mustic, crashed
For the syrup:
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
For the cream:
2 cups (480ml) whole milk
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
