Pear, Gorgonzola, and Walnut Flatbread

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the toppings.
2. Prepare the flatbread
Roll out the flatbread or pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the surface and spread evenly.
3. Add the toppings
Arrange the pear slices over the dough.
Sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts evenly on top.
4. Bake the flatbread
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Add the arugula
While the flatbread is baking, toss the arugula with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Once the flatbread is out of the oven, scatter the arugula over the top.
6. Drizzle and serve
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Slice and serve warm for the best flavor experience.
