Ingredients

  • Cookies – 20–25

  • Whipping Cream – 500 ml (2 1/4 cups)

  • Condensed Milk – 220 g (3/4 cup)

  • Gelatin – 1 pack

  • Melted Butter – 70 g (1/3 cup)


How to Make Paradise Cheesecake

Step 1

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking pan, creating an even layer. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with a little bit of the whipped cream. In a separate bowl, beat the remaining whipped cream until soft peaks form. Gently add the condensed milk and the gelatin mixture, folding everything together until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the creamy filling over the prepared cookie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Step 4

Transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Once fully set, sprinkle the top with additional crushed cookies for extra texture. Slice, serve, and enjoy — it’ll disappear in no time!
