Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
Cream ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Layer batter and caramel: Pour ¼ of the batter into each loaf pan. Spoon ¼ cup caramel topping on top and swirl. Add remaining batter.
Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
