Step 1:
In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, egg, Parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Form the meat mixture into small balls and place them on a tray.

Dredge each meatball lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place the meatballs in the hot oil.

Step 6:
Pour the white wine and water into the pan with the meatballs. Lower the heat and cook gently for about 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Before serving, pour the sauce from the pan over the meatballs.
