  2. Scoop about one tablespoon of the meat mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it inside each hollowed-out mushroom cap.

  3. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball, then return them to the oven until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
