Ladyfinger cake: few ingredients for a delicious and inviting dessert!

LADYFINGERS
200g
MILK
1 liter (4 cups)
SUGAR
40g (2 tbsp)
CORNSTARCH
50g (3 tbsp)
CREAM PUDDING
100g (3.5oz)
COCOA POWDER
1 tbsp
COFFEE
2 tbsp
DARK CHOCOLATE
50g
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, pudding, cocoa powder, and coffee, and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a pan over low heat and cook until it starts to thicken.

Once the mixture starts to thicken, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted.

Dip biscuits into the milk for a second, then pack them in a baking dish.

Pour the mixture onto the biscuits.

Refrigerate for 2 hours, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.

Serve and enjoy!
