How to Make Oregano Tea
Ingredients:
1–2 teaspoons of fresh or dried oregano leaves
1 cup of hot (but not boiling) water
Optional: lemon, honey, or ginger
Instructions:
Boil water and pour it over the oregano.
Let steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain and drink warm, ideally 15–30 minutes before breakfast.
