Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the sausages in a rectangular aluminum foil container or a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausages, ensuring they are well coated.
Scatter the sliced onions among the sausages.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the glaze mixture. You can also experiment with different types of sausages, such as chicken or turkey, for a lighter option. If you prefer a smokier flavor, try adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the glaze.
