Ingredients:
- 5 to 7 whole cloves
- 1 cup (about 250ml) of water
Instructions:
- Take 5-7 cloves and rinse them gently.
- Boil the water and add the cloves.
- Let it simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover it, and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm — preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
