How To Microwave Corn On The Cob

Don’t de-husk the corn! Leaving the husk on will help prevent the corn from drying out and once it is microwaved, it is much easier to remove the husk and silk.
Put the un-shucked corn on the cobs in a microwave-safe dish, get them in the microwave, and have them cook for five minutes. If you’re only doing one or two, you can start with three minutes.
After removing them from the microwave, let them cool until the husk doesn’t scorch your finger when you touch it, after which you can shuck the corn.
Now they’re ready for consumption. Slather them in butter, salt, pepper, depending on what you prefer. Or slice them off with a knife and toss into salads, pastas, soups, and more.
Enjoy
