Homemade Cream Cheese in 15 Minutes

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the white vinegar and salt, stirring gently for about 2-3 minutes until the milk starts to curdle and small curds form.
  3. Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place a sieve lined with cheesecloth or a clean towel over a large bowl and gently pour the curd mixture into the sieve.
  5. Gently press to remove excess liquid, then discard it.
  6. Place the cheese in a bowl and season with pepper.
  7. Mix the cheese until creamy in texture.
  8. If desired, you can add chopped chives for garnish.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious homemade cream cheese!
