  • Step 3: Lay tortilla flat out and spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortilla. Leave a very small edge around the tortilla so it’s not too packed or hard to roll. Repeat for all of the tortillas.
  • Step 4: Add a few slices of ham and turkey with some of the lettuce mixture to each of the wraps.

Recipe Tips

  • Store leftover pinwheels in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge.
  • Don’t skip the chilling step- it helps meld the flavors together and will help the rolled sandwiches hold their shape when you go to cut them.
  • Any flavor tortilla will work for this delicious finger food recipe. You could use traditional regular tortillas, spinach wraps, and whole wheat tortillas to serve a variety of pinwheels. They really are a great appetizer.
  • These ham and turkey Pinwheel Sandwiches are great for kids lunch boxes too.
  • Swiss cheese, provolone cheese, or cheddar cheese would be a great option too.
