How to Make Pinwheel Sandwiches

- Step 1: Add cream cheese, cooked bacon, and shredded Colby Jack to a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, add shredded lettuce, diced onion and dressing. Toss to combine.

- Step 3: Lay tortilla flat out and spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortilla. Leave a very small edge around the tortilla so it’s not too packed or hard to roll. Repeat for all of the tortillas.
- Step 4: Add a few slices of ham and turkey with some of the lettuce mixture to each of the wraps.

- Step 5: Roll tortilla up and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Place wrapped rolled tortillas in the fridge to chill.
- Step 6: Remove wraps from fridge, toss the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to cut into even pinwheel sandwiches.
Recipe Tips
- Store leftover pinwheels in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge.
- Don’t skip the chilling step- it helps meld the flavors together and will help the rolled sandwiches hold their shape when you go to cut them.
- Any flavor tortilla will work for this delicious finger food recipe. You could use traditional regular tortillas, spinach wraps, and whole wheat tortillas to serve a variety of pinwheels. They really are a great appetizer.
- These ham and turkey Pinwheel Sandwiches are great for kids lunch boxes too.
- Swiss cheese, provolone cheese, or cheddar cheese would be a great option too.
