- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart.
- Drain excess grease if needed and transfer beef to a plate.
3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil.
- Stir in onion, garlic, carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
5️⃣ Combine & Toss
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Add noodles and pour in the sauce.
- Toss everything together until noodles are coated and sauce thickens slightly, 2–3 minutes.
6️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
