Ingredients:
1 organic ginger root (cut into thin slices)
2 liters of water
Lemon juice (2-3 lemons)

1. First, boil the water and add the ginger slices.
Then let it simmer for 15 minutes then remove it from the heat.
2. After it cools, take out the ginger slices and add the lemon juice.
Tip: Drink 1 glass of it before breakfast and 1 glass before dinner every day.
