How To Make Zucchini Clouds
Step 1
Prepare the Batter:
Separate the eggs. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with milk, salt, olive oil, and cheese. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder.
Whip Egg Whites:
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Combine:
Fold zucchini slices and whipped egg whites gently into the batter.
Step 3
Fry:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden on both sides.
Serve:
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dip.
