In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt and sugar.Gradually add the warm water to the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Once the dough comes together, cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Once rested, transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf or desired shape.
Using a sharp knife, score the top of the dough to allow it to expand while baking.Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a rack before cutting and serving.
