Duck with Orange
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the duck with salt and pepper, then bake for 1.5 hours. Baste it regularly with its juices.
2. Squeeze the oranges and lemon to extract the juice.
3. In a saucepan, melt the sugar with the vinegar until it forms a caramel, then add the juice of the oranges and lemon.
4. Stir in the stock and simmer until you get a smooth sauce.
5. Remove the duck from the oven, cover it with the orange sauce and serve hot.
