one beet
The zest of half a lemon
a ginger root measuring 2.5 centimeters
Make sure to wash and peel the lemon, beets, and carrots.
Verify that the produce you buy is organic.
What to do:
Fill your blender with a cup or two of water.
Combine all of the ingredients by mixing them well.
Gather the juice by straining the mixture.
Use a spoon to mix it up again.
If you want to perk up your juice, just throw some ice cubes in.
Put this juice in a glass container and refrigerate it for later use.

If you have a citrus allergy, ulcer, or heartburn, you should avoid eating lemon.
– If you are on any medications for blood pressure, heart conditions, or antacids, it is also not a good idea to take this.
If you have renal illness or are on anticoagulant medication, you should not eat beets.
