How to Make Crispy Baked Yogurt Chicken Cutlets

Step 1
Start by preparing the marinade. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt with salt and pepper, whisking until smooth. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and turn them to coat fully. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about thirty minutes. This marinating step will ensure the chicken turns out tender and flavorful.

While the chicken marinates, prepare the coating. In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmesan cheese. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over it to promote even crisping.
