- Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and optional sugar and vanilla until smooth. (Or blend everything in a blender for 10â15 seconds.) - Let It Rest
Let the batter rest for 15â30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge). This makes the crepes more tender. - Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly butter the pan. Pour in about 1/4 cup batter, quickly tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread it thinly. - Flip & Finish
Cook for about 1â2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds. - Serve Warm
Fill with jam, Nutella, whipped cream, fruit, cheese, hamâwhatever you love!
