Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Use a hand mixer to beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat again.
Step 3
Add the milk, little by little, while continuing to whisk.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes until the cake is set.
Step 6
Slice, serve and enjoy!
