Fresh thyme or dried thyme 1 Tbsp or ½ tsp
Dried sage ¼ teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Fat-free half and half or milk 2 cups
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
Frozen peas, not thawed 1 cup
