Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

  1. Prepare chicken: If not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until cooked. Shred.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add cheese: Stir in half a bag of shredded cheese.
  4. Prep biscuits: Cut junior biscuits into quarters.
  5. Fold in biscuits: Gently fold biscuits into chicken mixture.
  6. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Grease dish: Spray casserole dish with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  8. Transfer mixture: Pour chicken and biscuit mixture into greased dish.
  9. Top with cheese: Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.
  10. Bake: Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
